The first floor apartment has two double bedrooms one with en-suite shower and main bathroom with bath and shower.
The ground floor apartment has one double bedroom, bathroom with bath and separate shower. Patio views to the Needles Lighthouse, for those relaxing meals taken al fresco.
Two seafront luxury apartments, both apartments benefit from stunning lounge/dining rooms, separate fully fitted kitchens.

Barton-on-Sea is a small quiet cliff top village overlooking Christchurch bay adjacent to the busy modern town of New Milton. It lies almost directly in land from the Isle of Wight and is on the edge of the New Forest National Park and Heritage Area, a place justly famous for its wonderful scenery and history.
To the west is the harbour and nature reserve at Christchurch and the south’s premier resort town of Bournemouth and a short distance to the east lies Lymington, a bustling market town with wide range of shops, harbour and is renowned as the yachting centre of the Solent.
The whole area, both Forest and along the coastline has numerous picturesque walks. The Apartments are adjacent to Barton Golf Course with twenty seven holes and clubhouse. Public transport is amply served with local bus services and there is a main line railway station at New Milton only ninety minutes from London (Waterloo). International airports at Bournemouth and Southampton are close by with internal and international flight destinations. By road, the A35 provides easy access to the M27 and M3.
